Breathe Easy is a specially crafted blend combining the subtle earthiness of nettle, the cooling freshness of spearmint, the gentle floral notes of elderflower and linden, and the warming touch of ginger. Brewing Instructions:

• Add 2 tablespoons to an infuser or tea sock. 
• Add 330ml of hot water and steep for 10–15 minutes 
• Strain and enjoy hot or cold; optional – add honey and lemon to taste! 
• For a stronger infusion, allow tea to steep until it reaches room temperature. • For optimal results, drink up to 3 cups a day - consistency is key!
