It brings together gentle, aromatic herbs such as chamomile, spearmint, lemon balm, skullcap, and rose, which are traditionally cherished for their calming and grounding properties. This blend is ideal for winding down, finding balance, or simply pausing in a busy day.

Brewing Instructions:

• Add 1 tablespoon to an infuser or tea sock.

• Add 330ml of hot water and steep for 10–15 minutes

• Strain and enjoy hot or cold. Optional: add honey or lemon to taste!

• For a stronger infusion, allow tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
