Soothe and Settle is a carefully curated blend combining the soothing qualities of marshmallow leaf, the delicate floral notes of chamomile, the subtle sweetness of liquorice, and the comforting warmth of fennel. This blend has been curated for a calming, comforting experience after meals.

Brewing Instructions:

• Add 1 tablespoon to an infuser or tea sock.
• Add 330ml of hot water and steep for 10-15 minutes.
• Strain and enjoy hot or cold; optional - add honey and lemon to taste!
• For a stronger infusion, allow tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
• For optimal results, drink up to 3 cups a day.
