Combining the crisp notes of mint and lemongrass with the bright essence of elderflower and thyme, and a warming touch of ginger and clove, this blend is perfect for supporting your body's natural comforts and feeling cozy from within.

Brewing Instructions:

• Add 2 tablespoons to an infuser or tea sock.
• Add 330ml of hot water and steep for 10-15 minutes.
• Strain and enjoy hot or cold; optional - add honey and lemon to taste!
• For a stronger infusion, allow the tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
• For optimal results, drink up to 3 cups a day - consistency is key!
