Settling Spice is a carefully crafted blend combining the aromatic comfort of cinnamon, the gentle heat of ginger, the soothing notes of fennel, and the refreshing touch of mint. This blend has been curated for a warm, comforting experience after meals.

Taste Profile: 

Warm spice with a refreshing mint finish. 

Brewing Instructions:

• Add 1 tablespoon to an infuser or tea sock.
• Add 330ml of hot water and steep for 10-15 minutes.
• Strain and enjoy hot or cold; optional - add honey and lemon to taste!
• For a stronger infusion, allow tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
• For optimal results, drink up to 3 cups a day.
