Ingredients: 

Fennel Seeds, Peppermint Leaves, Ginger Root and Cinnamon Bark.

🌼 Soothe and Settle Herbal Tea

A gentle, calming blend of chamomile, marshmallow leaf, liquorice root, and fennel. Traditionally used to soothe and settle, this blend is often enjoyed when digestive comfort and relaxation are desired.

Taste Profile:
Mildly sweet with delicate floral notes.

Ingredients: 

Chamomile Flowers, Marshmallow Leaves, Fennel Seeds and Liquorice Root.

Brewing Instructions (Each Blend)

• Add 1 tablespoon to an infuser or tea sock
• Pour over 330ml hot water
• Steep for 10–15 minutes
• Strain and enjoy hot or cold
• Optional: add honey and lemon to taste

For a stronger infusion, allow the tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
Enjoy up to 3 cups daily.
